The Southern Accent legend lives on at 839 College Street in Little Italy just west of Ossington. A wall of photo memorabilia greets guests on the left as they look back on their favourite memories of 34 years on Markham Street. An open kitchen is on the right, behind stained glass windows taken from Markham Street with “peep holes” through which you can watch the kitchen staff at work.
The “Zydecco Bar” is decked out with the original folk art shelves, glass light fittings, bourbon and all of our much loved New Orleans “libations”.
Experience the N’awlins magic in the “Second Line” dining room, a melting pot of Cajun, Creole and Soul with a soundtrack of Jazz, Blues, Southern Gothic, Cajun and Zydeco music. The “Second Line” dining room has a fitting tribute to each of the 5 dining rooms of the original location. Taste our famous Jambalaya, Gumbo, Blackened fish, chicken, all washed down with a Bourbon and the best Bread Puddin’ in the city. We have separate vegan and gluten free menus, all with a Cajun twist. A meal for two can be enjoyed in one of our curtained “snugs”.
Private areas, set menus and cocktail parties can be arranged.
